Make money from your knitting (or other fiber) blog
There are not many affiliate programs out there specifically targeted to the knitter or fiber crafter, but I have found two well respected companies which offer an affiliate plan. You will the most mileage out of your affiliate program if you use a two pronged approach to linking. 1. Put a banner at the top of your blog or website.
2. Put a link right in your blog post or article when you refer to an item that can be bought at the store you have affiliated with. Whether it be roving, a luscious merino yarn, or a pattern, having a link there will make it easy for your readers to find what they need. Sign up for Paradise Fibers or String of Purls (see links below) affiliate program, and earn some extra dollars to support your yarn habit! Happy knitting! |
